We help you focus on the mind-body connection using self-awareness and attention to assist in finding your intention, purpose, and innate health. Our wide range of modalities such as herbs, dietary therapy, light therapy, and acupuncture help you along the way, but we believe it is important that you lead. This will guide you to infinite possibilities, creativity, synchronicity, and a fresh start to your life’s next adventure
Meet Your Practitioners:
Brittany Dirtzu, L.Ac.
Brittany is a nationally certified NCCAOM Diplomate in Acupuncture and licensed by the Medical Board to practice in Minnesota. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with honors from the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Roseville, MN. She had the unique privilege to study under a nearly all TCM doctor staff from China with a focus on getting to the root cause of disease and pain. Here she learned the Chinese model of combining Eastern and Western medicine effortlessly, as well as garnered practical clinical knowledge often only taught in China.
A caring holistic practitioner, Brittany believes in the tenacity of people and their innate ability to heal when given the proper tools, precise treatment, and a gentle presence with whom to voice their concerns. She has a unique ability to explain the process of “dis-ease” and healing in a manner that provides deeper understanding and, along with it, empowerment and motivation to achieve radiant health. She is passionate about helping others discover the mind-body-spirit connection and unlock their potential to achieve their wishes, personal growth, and health. Brittany is experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, such as, but not limited to, digestive orders, skin conditions, children’s health, male and female fertility challenges, mental health, skin ailments, pain, and neurological conditions. She has specialty training in Mei Zen style cosmetic acupuncture by Dr. Martha Lucas. While living in Atlanta, Brittany was sponsored by MDPen and received unparalleled training in microneedling for acne, scarring, and anti-aging/facial rejuvenation. She furthered this education with Acumicro, bolstering her knowledge of microneedling and adding light therapy. Additionally, Brittany has extensive training in dry needling acupuncture for pain.
A natural adventurer with a love for language and culture, Brittany has lived all over the world from Bahamas to Colombia to China. When not practicing, Brittany enjoys getting out in nature with her husband and daughter, gardening, stopping to smell all the flowers (literally!), travelling, meditating, reading, and delving deeper into the pressing health issues of today.
